Hi. I have a Peugeot 206 with no spark at the plugs.The engine code is HFX (ECU Magnetti Marelli IAW 48P2.70) & scan with DEC says that ECu is unlocked & there's 1 key programed.Injectors are being trigerred as upon checking with a noid light it flashes. I'm suspecting the ECU to be at fault as I can get into communication with the ECU to check for fault codes but could not clear as I get.

1 Answer SOURCE: no spark from the car, O.K. - I fixed the problem. It was a broken ground on the crank angle position sensor (some manuals call this the speed sensor). Age: 52 Gender: Male Posted: Wed 18 Mar, 2009 8:06 pm Who told you the E,C.U was faulty?.We have just fixed a fault on my daughter's 206 after it refused to start and the 'immobiliser fault' warning light came on and it turned out to be the main under bonnet fuse box.Chances are your E.C.U and B.S.I unit are ok. 1 Likes Received: 0 Hey everyone! I'm new in here. My 206 has no spark. Fuses are OK and the earths. Changed the ecu, key and key sensor and fuse box under the steering wheel. Also changed crank sensor. After changing those, it had no power on fuel pump and someone did reset the key, its OK now I only the spark is missing.
